Vertu Nissan Northampton is looking for an experienced automotive Parts professional to take the next step in their career as a Parts Manager.

This is a full-time, permanent role offering a competitive salary with OTE up to £40,000, company car, and a great work-life balance with Monday–Friday hours (no weekends).

This is a fantastic opportunity to move into management while being supported by an experienced General Manager and wider business structure.

You’ll be:

• Leading a small team, managing 1 Parts Advisor
• Supporting a busy workshop of 9 technicians
• Overseeing day-to-day parts operations at a well-established, high-performing site
• Managing stock control, availability, and efficiency
• Delivering a smooth experience for both internal teams and retail customers (no trade sales)

• Strong parts experience within the automotive sector as an Advisor or Supervisor
• Ready to step into your first management role or already have some supervisory/lead experience
• Organised, proactive, and confident supporting others
• Able to work in a fast-paced, busy dealership environment

• Competitive salary with OTE up to £40,000
