As a Registered Manager, you’re responsible for Alina Homecare's services in your local area and developing your team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business growth – optimising all enquiries as they arrive.
  • Team management – encouraging, supporting, and overseeing your team’s development.
  • Brand reputation – upholding our high quality care reputation.
  • Reporting – tracking your team’s continuous success.
  • Upholding standards – strict adherence to CQC, Local Authority, and internal standards.
  • Developing relations – promoting excellent communication with clients and their families.
  • Act as the CQC Registered Manager for the service.
  • Full accountability for service quality and regulatory compliance.
  • Lead the branch to achieve and maintain Outstanding CQC rating.
  • Strategic planning and business development.
  • Manage all aspects of the branch including P&L responsibility.
  • Ensure robust governance, audit, and quality systems.
  • Lead on safeguarding and serious incident management.
  • Represent the company with external stakeholders.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures.
  • Lead the senior management team.

Qualifications and Experience
  • Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
  • NVQ Level 5 or willingness to work towards this.
  • Domiciliary home care management experience.
  • A passion for providing quality care and support.
  • A dedicated and professional approach to work.
  • Respectful and encouraging leadership skills.
  • Minimum 3 years experience as a Registered Manager or Deputy in domiciliary care.
  • Proven track record of achieving Good or Outstanding CQC ratings.
  • In‑depth knowledge of the Health and Social Care Act and CQC regulations.
  • Strong commercial acumen and P&L experience.
  • Excellent leadership and change management skills.
  • Ability to build effective external relationships.
  • Full UK driving licence.
Location

Northampton, NN1 2DG

Hours

Full‑time, typically Monday to Friday. Flexibility required including some evenings and weekends as needed. On‑call responsibility.

Additional Information

All roles are subject to proof of eligibility to work in the UK, satisfactory references and an enhanced DBS check.
