Location: Crick
Royal Mail is looking for a Team Manager at their Midlands Super Hub in Crick to lead a diverse team of up to 40 employees. You will oversee operations and automation targets, ensure compliance with health and safety standards, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and the ability to work under pressure. A full-time, permanent contract is offered with a salary between £36,353 and £39,353, plus a 10% bonus potential and benefits including 25 days of annual leave.
