Lidl GB is seeking an Area Manager to coordinate multiple stores across Northampton. In this role, you will mentor Store Managers, ensure operational compliance, and drive team performance to achieve KPIs.
You will receive a competitive salary of £66,000 - £94,000 per annum, along with generous benefits including 35 days of holiday (pro rata), ongoing training, and a 10% in-store discount.
The ideal candidate will have experience leading teams and the ability to communicate effectively across various levels in the organization.
