Royal Mail Group seeks a Regional Head of Maintenance to lead the maintenance, performance and continuous improvement of engineering assets across a defined region. The role is site-based with initial focus on 2-3 key operational sites and regular travel.
You will build and lead a high-performing team, drive maintenance strategies, and ensure safety, compliance and operational efficiency across the region. This is a senior leadership role with broad accountability.
