Job Title – Registered Branch Manager
Location – Northampton
Hours – Permanent | Full Time
Salary – £40,000 – £45,000 depending of experience
Hours:
Full time hours, Monday to Friday – 9am to 5pm with flexibility to suit the needs of the business (plus on-call expectations).
On call arrangements; 1x weeknight per week (contractual) 1x full weekend out of 4 (contractual).
Branch team to cover all nights/weekend between them but can be flexible on how this is covered.
DBS required – CQC Counter-signed DBS required for role (as per registration process).

As our Registered Branch Manager, you will hold CQC Registration and be the operational heartbeat of our office.
You will lead, support, and develop a dedicated staff team to ensure our day-to-day delivery remains flawlessly compliant, our care compliance frameworks are meticulously executed, and our carer capacity scales hand-in-hand with our growing private client base. Core Performance Areas- Compliance & Governance Leadership:
Achieve and maintain Registered Manager status with the CQC. Oversee full branch compliance with CQC, ISO, and legislative standards, ensuring all care records, risk assessments, and MAR charts are always audit-ready. - Commercial & Revenue Growth:
Drive sustainable branch revenue growth and meet core business KPIs. Proactively respond to and build key internal and external relationships, presenting professionally to prospective new clients to secure premium new packages. - Workforce Capacity & Culture Management:
Lead, develop, and inspire your office and field-based teams. Collaborate closely on recruitment pipelines to optimise workforce capacity, drive carer retention, and ensure robust, compliant onboarding and training systems are maintained. - Operational Control & Efficiency:
Manage the daily operations to ensure a highly responsive, cost-effective, and safe service delivery. Monitor branch KPIs and performance against weekly/monthly targets, including accurate oversight of rostering and digital timesheet management. - Relationship & Account Management:
Nurture excellent, long‑term relationships of trust with private clients, families, and key professional multi‑disciplinary stakeholders (such as Case Managers and Local Authorities). Present professionally to prospective new clients to represent the brand’s premium capabilities. - Quality Assurance & Resolution:
Promptly and professionally manage any branch-level complaints or feedback, using them as a mechanism to drive continuous quality improvement across the territory.
