WATES is seeking a Regional Land & Planning Director to lead a portfolio of residential and commercial land projects, driving planning success and long‑term growth across our Land & Development business.
You will report to the Operations Director – Portfolio & Wates Commercial & Logistics, lead multidisciplinary teams, manage risk, and build relationships with local authorities, developers and consultancies to secure favourable planning outcomes and sustainable growth.
