Inspire, part of the Shaw Trust Group, is seeking a Registered Children’s Home Manager for a 5-bed residential home in Northamptonshire. You will lead day‑to‑day operations, drive safeguarding and Ofsted readiness, and foster a supportive, child‑centred team.
You will report to the Regional Operations Manager, recruit and supervise staff, oversee training, policy implementation, and stakeholder engagement to ensure high standards of care.
