As Geotechnical Team Lead, you will predominantly be office‑based, with occasional site visits for training and audits.

• Line management of a small team of engineers.

• Previous geotechnical or ground investigation experience.
• Leadership or supervisory experience.
• Excellent communication and client‑facing skills.
• A strong technical background.
• A full UK driving licence.
• Full right to work in the UK.
• Residence in or within a reasonable commute of the Northampton office.
