Supervisor, Management, Construction Manager​/ Foreman

£53,000 + company vehicle + stay away allowance

We are looking for an Electrical Network Supervisor to join a growing utilities business, overseeing operational teams across electrical distribution network projects for UK Power Networks
.

This is a hands‑on supervisory role where you’ll be responsible for making sure teams have the right resources, work is planned properly and everything is delivered safely, efficiently and to the required standards

• Supervising and coordinating operational teams and subcontractors
• Working closely with the Project Manager on programmes and daily delivery
• Managing site safety, risk assessments and toolbox talks
• Making sure teams have the right plans, materials and resources
• Liaising with clients, third parties and subcontractors on site
• Keeping a close eye on quality, workmanship and safety
• Managing Charge hands and operational teams

• Must have held extensive experience working as a linesman with DNO authorisations
