Salary: £51,500 - £55,000 + AP Payments + Private Healthcare

We're recruiting for an experienced Facilities Manager to lead engineering operations on a prestigious commercial site in Northampton.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Facilities Manager from a strong technical/building services background, looking for career progression, training and long-term development.

The Role

Lead shift and day engineering teams.
Ensure PPM and reactive maintenance is completed safely and on time.
Manage subcontractors and specialist works.
Complete compliance documentation and audits.
Deliver toolbox talks and maintain safe systems of work.
Support projects and develop through AP training.

What You'll Need

Previous experience as a Facilities Manager, Engineering Supervisor, Shift Lead or similar.
Strong technical background in building services maintenance - essential.
Electrical and/or Mechanical qualifications.
Experience with planned and reactive maintenance in commercial buildings.
Full UK driving licence.
AP qualification or experience desirable.
