Cleaning Area Manager

At Lawrence Cleaning Services, we’re looking for an Area Manager to oversee operations, support our site teams, and ensure our clients receive the highest standard of service.

• Managing cleaning contracts across multiple sites in your area.
• Leading and motivating cleaning teams to deliver top-quality results.
• Building strong client relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Overseeing staffing, audits, and compliance with company standards.
• Driving efficiency, performance, and service excellence.

• Proven experience in a supervisory or area management role (ideally within cleaning, FM, or related sectors)
• Excellent people management and communication skills
• Strong organisational abilities with a hands-on approach
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across sites

• Basic Salary of £36k + Performance Related Bonus
