Personality behind every plate. Food first. Always.

At Dine, food isn’t an add‑on. It’s the centre of everything we do.

Founded in the Northwest in 1997 and still proudly based in Warrington, we've built our reputation on doing things differently. We believe workplace dining should never be generic. That's why we combine outstanding food, exceptional hospitality and genuine partnership to create experiences that bring people together and add value to our clients' workplaces every day.

Today, Dine is a nationally recognised business with the backing, scale and investment of Compass Group UK & Ireland, while retaining the agility, personality and entrepreneurial mindset that has always set us apart.

As we continue to grow, we're looking for an exceptional operational leader to join our Northern leadership team as Senior Regional Manager.

About

The Role

Reporting to the Head of Operations, you'll lead our North East & Scotland portfolio, with responsibility for operational performance, client satisfaction, commercial delivery and people leadership across the region. You'll provide leadership and direction to two Regional Managers, ensuring our teams continue to deliver the standards, innovation and customer experiences that our clients expect.

You'll also retain direct oversight of several strategic client relationships, acting as a trusted senior partner and helping shape long‑term growth and retention strategies.

But This Role Is About More Than Operational Delivery.

Working closely with our Business Development Director, you'll play a central role in driving Dine's growth agenda across the North. Using your operational expertise, market insight and client relationships, you'll help identify, develop and convert new opportunities while ensuring that every solution we propose can be successfully delivered in operation.

This is an opportunity to influence strategy, develop future leaders and leave a genuine mark on the future direction of our business.

What You’ll Do
  • Lead the operational, commercial and people performance of Dine's North East & Scotland portfolio
  • Coach, develop and inspire two Regional Managers and their wider teams
  • Build and strengthen strategic client partnerships, including executive-level engagement with key accounts
  • Drive contract retention, organic growth and long-term client value
  • Partner with the Business Development Director to support new business opportunities, bids and growth initiatives across the North
  • Deliver strong commercial performance across a £5m+ regional portfolio
  • Shape the future of the region through leadership, innovation and high-performing teams
What You’ll Bring
  • Proven success in a senior multi-site leadership role within contract catering, hospitality or another service‑led environment
  • Strong commercial acumen and experience managing complex operational portfolios
  • A track record of developing people and building high-performing teams
  • Exceptional client relationship and stakeholder management skills
  • The ability to balance strategic thinking with operational delivery
  • Experience supporting business growth, retention strategies, client presentations and commercial development activity
  • Energy, credibility and a genuine passion for developing people, clients and businesses
