As a Commercial Analytics Manager within the Data & Analytics team, you’ll play a key role in shaping Barclaycard Payments’ commercial strategy. You’ll design and combine effective data-driven insight and models with strong commercial acumen to support decision‑making that drives growth, profitability, customer acquisition, retention, and overall business performance. Working closely with stakeholders across Product, Finance, Sales, Commercial, and Analytics teams, you’ll help develop and refine strategies that ensure the business remains competitive in a dynamic payments market.
You’ll be responsible for the creation, development, and maintenance of commercial performance models and reporting frameworks, using deep analysis of customer behaviour, transaction trends, sales performance, market dynamics, and competitor activity to generate actionable insights.
