The Role As a Multi-Office Branch Manager, you will:
Cover Branch Manager responsibilities across North Kent during holidays, vacancies, and periods of sickness Lead, manage, and drive the performance of your branch Take ownership of branch profitability, growth, and business development Motivate, inspire, and support your team to achieve their targets List properties and provide exceptional support to vendors Stay ahead of local market trends and identify new opportunities Work closely with colleagues to deliver outstanding customer service and exceed expectations Multi-Office Branch Manager Requirements:
