Actio Recruitment is proud to be recruiting on behalf of a well‑established engineering company based in Wellingborough. We are seeking a skilled CNC Programmer Miller with experience working on Fanuc controls to join their team on a permanent basis.

• Programming, setting, and operating CNC milling machines using Fanuc controls and offline software
• Reading and interpreting engineering drawings to produce high‑quality components
• Ensuring parts are manufactured to tight tolerances and customer specifications
• Carrying out first‑off inspections and maintaining quality standards throughout production
• Working collaboratively with the engineering team to meet production deadlines

• Proven experience as a CNC Programmer Miller (Fanuc controls essential)
• Strong knowledge of engineering drawings and machining processes
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• A keen eye for detail and commitment to quality
• Flexible and adaptable approach to work

• Permanent, full‑time position (39 hours per week, day shift)
• Competitive hourly rate circa £16.50 - £20.00 depending on experience
