Role Purpose

To support the in-house graphics function through the manufacture, preparation, and application of vinyl graphics and wraps across show cars, simulators, and associated products, ensuring a high-quality, consistent finish in line with brand and licensing requirements.

This is a hands-on, production-focused role working closely with Operations, Product, and Manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Vinyl Application & Wrapping
    Apply full vehicle wraps for show cars and simulator chassis.
    Apply partial wraps, decals, numbers, and sponsor graphics.
    Ensure accurate alignment, clean edges, and a high-quality finish across complex surfaces.
  • Graphics Manufacture
    Assist with the manufacture of vinyl graphics including printing, cutting, plotting, and laminating.
    Produce and apply paint masks where required.
    Prepare surfaces correctly prior to application including cleaning, preparation, and inspection.
  • Quality & Consistency
    Maintain high attention to detail across all applications.
    Identify and flag defects or inconsistencies early.
    Work to repeatable processes to support scale and efficiency.
  • Onsite & Offsite Work
    Support external applications when required including events, partners, and installations.
    Be flexible with working hours around deadlines, builds, and launches.
  • Team & Communication
    Work collaboratively with Operations, Product and R&D, and Manufacturing teams.
    Communicate clearly on timelines, issues, and progress against deadlines.
Candidate Profile
  • Proven hands-on experience with vinyl graphics and wraps.
  • Extensive vehicle wrapping experience.
  • In-depth understanding of vinyl types, finishes, and installation processes.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in high-pressure environments with strict deadlines.
  • Experience in motor sport, automotive, or high-end display builds.
  • Experience producing and applying paint masks.
  • Experience working within licensed or brand-controlled environments.
