Overview
Maintenance Engineer, Multi Skilled Electrical Mechanical with a twist to Electrical to join a well-established engineering team within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities- Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPMs) to maximise equipment reliability
- Responding to and resolving electrical and mechanical breakdowns efficiently
- Fault-finding on manufacturing machinery and production equipment
- Supporting continuous improvement initiatives and reducing downtime
- Ensuring all work is completed in line with health & safety standards
- Proven experience in a manufacturing or industrial maintenance environment
- Strong electrical bias with good mechanical understanding
- Engineering qualifications, apprenticeship, NVQ, City & Guilds ETC
- Comfortable working a Panama shift pattern (days and nights)
- Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
- Competitive salary of £50,000 - £51,000 per annum
