Vehicle Paint Sprayer​/Prepper

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Northampton. The Vehicle Paint Sprayer / Prepper will be responsible for preparing and spraying vehicles to uphold exacting manufacturer standards and customer requirements. Responsibilities include surface preparation, applying primers and coatings, maintaining equipment, colour matching, inspecting, and working collaboratively with team members to ensure timely and high-quality service delivery.

• Experience in vehicle paint spraying and preparation, including knowledge of surface preparation and paint application techniques.
• Proficiency in using tools, equipment, and materials relevant to vehicle paint preparation and spraying.
• Attention to detail, excellent workmanship
• Understanding of relevant safety procedures, health regulations, and environmental standards (e.g., sustainable practices).
• Good communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with colleagues to meet strict deadlines.
• Previous experience within a manufacturer-approved or repair shop environment is an advantage.
• Formal qualifications or training in automotive refinishing or equivalent practical experience is essential
