Shoe Room Operative

Location: Northampton
Pay: £12.21 per hour
Hours: Monday to Thursday 07:30-16:30 Friday 07:30-12:30
Contract: Temp to Perm

Interaction Recruitment are in partnership with an established Footwear Manufacturer in Northampton. The company is one of the leading fashion labels in the world, and this is a very exciting time to join them.

We are looking for a Shoe Room Operative to work on a temp to perm basis, with an immediate start.

You will be required to box shoes and complete the final quality inspections.

• Quality inspection of footwear before packaging
• Lacing and preparing products for dispatch
• Wrapping and boxing finished shoes
• Working on intricate, detailed tasks within the closing room

• Excellent attention to detail – the work is precise and delicate
• Reliability and a strong work ethic
• Ability to work carefully and consistently in a production environment

• Work for a prestigious Northampton shoemaking brand
• Full-time hours, Monday–Friday
• Early finish on Fridays!
• Opportunity for a permanent role following the temp period
