Job Overview
Impact Recruitment is recruiting for a market‑leading manufacturing business with over 60 years of experience, supplying cabling & echains to various industries. Position:
Cable Assembler.
Location:
Northampton, Northamptonshire.
Monday to Thursday, 7:30am‑5:30pm. Pay: £13.46 per hour up to 37.5 hours. Overtime: £20.19 per hour.

- Have previous experience soldering.
- Experience with manual and machine crimping.
- Ability to work efficiently, accurately and safely.
- Support general production activities during busy periods.

- Experience with quality checking and inspection of defects.
- Ability to follow detailed assembly instructions with minimized errors.
