Barker Ross is recruiting Assembly Operative for a fantastic opportunity with our client in Northampton. This is perfect for individuals seeking long-term work with the potential to go permanent.
Shift Pattern - PM Shift Only
Monday - Thursday: 14:00 - 22:00
Friday: 13:00 - 20:00

The Role:
Work in a fast-paced production environment assembling small components at your own workstation. Once trained, you'll work independently, following clear instructions to ensure high-quality products every time.
Key Responsibilities:
Assemble small parts accurately
Maintain high levels of quality and precision
Work efficiently in a fast-paced setting
Follow instructions carefully
Ensure consistent production standards
Requirements:
Excellent attention to detail
Good dexterity and steady hands
Good eyesight
Reliable, motivated, and willing to learn
Previous assembly experience is a plus, but not essential
This role is PM shift only - perfect for those who prefer afternoon/evening work!
