Maintenance Engineer; 3 Shift Pattern

Maintenance Engineer (3 Shift Pattern) £45,000 - £50,000  Training  Progression  Company Benefits Stafford Are you a Maintenance Engineer or similar with a background in manufacturing or similar, looking to for a 3 shift pattern (days & nights) stable, long term role with a market leading company who are known to look after their employees? On offer is the opportunity to join a globally recognised aluminium manufacturer that uses advanced recycling processes to produce high-quality alloy products for the metal industry.

In this site-based role, you will be responsible for maintaining, servicing, and reactive breakdowns, with a focus on manufacturing and production machinery like conveyor belts and crushers etc. You will carry out both reactive and planned preventative maintenance, ensuring machinery runs efficiently, safely, and with minimal downtime.

This role would suit a Multi Skilled Engineer or similar, who is looking to move into a stable, static position with a company that offers training and clear progression.

The Role:

Covering maintenance, fault finding, servicing, and reactive breakdowns on production machinery. Working on conveyors and crushers etc. 4 x 12-hour shifts per week - shift pattern covers weekdays (Tues-Fri), weeknights (Mon-Thurs) & Weekend days (Thurs-Sun).
