Are you a Mechanical Fitter or similar with an understanding of electronic principles looking for a stable role within a well-established company offering work-life balance and an early Friday finish?

For over 100 years, this company has been providing engineering solutions to factories across a range of industries and, due to continued growth, is looking to strengthen its tight-knit team in Northampton.

In this workshop-based role, you will be given a daily work plan involving the disassembly of electrical generators and gearboxes to fault-find, service, maintain, and repair components. This is a Monday-Friday role within a well-equipped workshop environment.

This role would suit a Mechanical Fitter or similar with an understanding of electronic principles looking for a stable days-based role with an early Friday finish.

The Role

• Fault-find, maintain, and repair electrical generators and gearboxes
• Monday - Thursday 8am - 5pm / Friday 8 - 4:30pm
• Liaise with directors and the engineering team

The Person

• Mechanical Fitter or similar
• Understanding of Electronic principles
• Able to commute to Northampton
