Pay Rate:
- £12.71 per hour + £1.20 p/h shift allowance (AM & PM shifts)
- £12.71 per hour + £1.68 p/h shift allowance (Night shifts)

Quest Employment are recruiting on behalf of our clientWe are currently looking for reliable and motivated Production Operatives / Manufacturing Operators to join a well-established pharmaceutical manufacturing company based in Weedon, Northamptonshire.

The RoleYou will be supporting the production of liquid medicines while ensuring high standards of quality, hygiene, and safety are maintained at all times.
Key Responsibilities- Bulk preparation, filling, packing, and cleaning activities
- Operating bottling and production machinery
- Completing production documentation accurately
- Following GMP procedures and company guidelines
- Maintaining hygiene, quality, and health & safety standards
- Reporting equipment faults, issues, or production deviations promptly
