Production / Machine Operator (Afternoon Shift)

Full‑time, Monday to Friday, 14:00 – 22:00, £31,500 – £34,000 per annum, Northamptonshire (own transport required).

Operate production machinery and support the manufacturing process from raw materials to finished product within a high‑quality, precision environment.

• Operate and monitor production machinery in line with set procedures.
• Measure, weigh, and handle raw materials accurately.
• Ensure production runs are completed efficiently and to specification.
• Carry out quality checks throughout the process.
• Complete production records and basic documentation accurately.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment at all times.
• Follow all health & safety and compliance procedures.
• Work both independently and as part of a wider production team.

• Previous experience in a production, manufacturing, or machine operation environment.
• Comfortable working to structured processes and high attention to detail.
• Reliable, self‑motivated, and able to work on your own initiative.
• Strong numeracy and literacy skills.
• Basic IT skills for record keeping and system input.
• A practical mindset with a willingness to learn and develop.
