We are looking for an experienced CNC Router Operator to join a friendly and supportive team. Working in a clean, heated, and well-ventilated workshop, you'll play a key role in the production of bespoke components used across a variety of industries.

The Role As a CNC Router Operator, you will be responsible for programming, setting, and operating CNC machinery to produce high-quality components to customer specifications. Your duties will include:
Programming and operating 3-Axis CNC routers Machining MDF, plywood, melamine-faced boards, and other sheet materials Reading and interpreting technical drawings and job specifications Performing routine machine maintenance and daily checks Monitoring quality throughout the manufacturing process Ensuring work is completed accurately and efficiently Maintaining high standards of housekeeping and workshop organisation Working closely with colleagues to meet production deadlines Following all health and safety procedures What We're Looking For Minimum 3 years' experience programming and operating 3-Axis CNC routers Experience machining MDF, plywood, melamine-faced boards, and similar materials Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Good understanding of CNC machine maintenance and care Excellent timekeeping and reliability Strong communication and teamwork skills Positive attitude with a willingness to contribute to the wider team Joinery or woodworking experience would be advantageous What's in it for you?
