A competent Manufacturing Manager will take responsibility for all production and manufacturing operations for a new department within an established award-winning High Technology company; overseeing production planning, supply chain coordination, quality performance and continuous improvement initiatives. Applications for this Manufacturing Manager will bring proven experience of working within a low-volume electro-mechanical manufacturing environment with highly configurable products; a strong understanding of production planning, purchasing and supply chain operations, extensive experience of working with ERP/MRP systems as well as knowledge of quality systems and compliance.

An Engineering or relevant technical degree qualification. Proven experience running a low-volume electro-mechanical manufacturing facility for highly configurable products. Good understanding of supply chain operations, purchasing and production planning. Proven knowledge of quality systems, compliance and manufacturing best practices. Proven experience of ERP/MRP ownership. Experience managing operational performance and continuous improvement initiatives. This a key leadership role where the successful Manufacturing Manager will deliver operational excellence within a high-technology, regulated manufacturing environment.
