Cosworth Ltd in Northampton is seeking a Forge Manual Operator to manufacture high-performance forged pistons for supercars and aerospace components. You will work with hot materials, perform quality checks using precision measuring equipment, and maintain tooling and machinery.
The role offers a 12-month fixed-term contract with alternating early and late shifts and an 18.5% shift allowance. You will follow SOPs, support continuous improvement, and uphold health, safety and GDPR policies.
