Key Responsibilities Prepare and coat components using powder painting techniques. Operate and maintain powder coating equipment and spray booths. Inspect finished items for quality, ensuring excellent finish and durability. Follow health and safety guidelines and production schedules Work closely with other departments to meet customer specifications and deadlines.

What Were Looking For Experience in powder coating or a similar finishing role is preferred, but full training can be provided for the right candidate. Good attention to detail and pride in producing high-quality work Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Reliable and punctual, with a positive and proactive attitude.
