Our client is an independent company that supplies and designs powertrain components (exhausts and other specialist automotive components) to OE automotive customers. The Operations Manager is responsible for the day‑to‑day operation of the manufacturing business. This all‑encompassing role covers the following key responsibilities:

• Continuous Improvement
• Leadership & People Management

• Proven experience as an Operations Manager, Production Manager or Manufacturing Manager
• Automotive background
• Strong knowledge of production planning and supply chain processes
• Experience managing multiple departments and supervisors
• NEBOSH qualification
• Strong leadership and people management skills
