Shoe Room Operative
Location: Northampton
Pay: £12.71 per hour
Hours: Monday to Thursday 07:30-16:30 Friday 07:30-12:30
Contract: Temp to Perm
Interaction Recruitment are in partnership with an established Footwear Manufacturer in Northampton. The company is one of the leading fashion labels in the world, and this is a very exciting time to join them. We are looking for a Shoe Room Operative to work on a temp to perm basis, with an immediate start. You will be required to box shoes and complete the final quality inspections.
Key Responsibilities- Quality inspection of footwear before packaging
- Lacing and preparing products for dispatch
- Wrapping and boxing finished shoes
- Working on intricate, detailed tasks within the closing room
- Excellent attention to detail – the work is precise and delicate
- Reliability and a strong work ethic
- Ability to work carefully and consistently in a production environment
- Work for a prestigious Northampton shoemaking brand
- Full‑time hours, Monday–Friday
- Early finish on Fridays!
- Opportunity for a permanent role following the temp period
