ENVISAGE RECRUITMENT LIMITED is seeking an experienced Manufacturing Engineer to join a well‑established engineering and manufacturing business in Northampton. You will drive process improvements, introduce new methods and support continuous improvement across the site.
You will work with production, quality and maintenance to ensure safe, efficient processes that deliver high‑quality products and align with business objectives. Experience with Lean tools, PFMEA and KPI tracking is highly valued.
