Impact Recruitment are seeking two permanent Production Operatives for a local business near Northampton. The role requires driving to the rural site and offers full training. Day shifts start at 8:30am and training to 5pm; when trained, nights are 10pm–6am.
Pay rates start at £13.48 per hour for day shifts and £17.53 per hour for night shifts, with ongoing development opportunities and a focus on quality and safety in a hands-on manufacturing environment.
