Their reputation and expertise is such that many of the most prestigious manufactures utilise their services. The Operations Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operation of the manufacturing business. This is an all encompassing genuine Operations Manager position - As such you will have Key Responsibilities for:

• Production & Manufacturing
• Planning & Scheduling
• Purchasing & Supply Chain
• Warehouse
• Facilities & Maintenance
• Health, Safety & Compliance
• Continuous Improvement
• Leadership & People Management

• Proven experience in an Operations Manager/Production Manager/Manufacturing Manager position
• Automotive background
• Strong knowledge of production planning and supply chain processes.
• Experience managing multiple departments and supervisors.
• NEBOSH qualification.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.

• £Depending on Experience salary
