Salary: £44,000 £ 47,000 per annum

Quest Employment is currently recruiting for an experienced Workshop / Production Manager to join a well-established woodworking and manufacturing business in Northampton.

This is a key leadership role, responsible for coordinating between the office-based team and the workshop to ensure smooth production flow, efficient planning, and on-time delivery of high-quality products.

As Workshop / Production Manager, you will take full responsibility for the day-to-day running of the workshop and production schedule.

Your duties will include:

• Acting as the key link between office and workshop teams
• Planning and prioritising workload to ensure deadlines are met
• Managing workshop operations and daily production activity
• Supervising, training, and developing workshop staff
• Monitoring production progress and ensuring jobs are completed on time
• Managing stock levels and supporting materials control
• Maintaining high standards of housekeeping and organisation
