Quest Employment is recruiting on behalf of a well-established woodworking and manufacturing business based in Northampton for an experienced Workshop / Production Manager.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated leader to oversee workshop operations, coordinate production activities, and ensure projects are delivered efficiently, safely, and to the highest quality standards.

As the Workshop / Production Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the workshop, acting as the vital link between the office and production teams. You'll ensure work is planned effectively, resources are managed efficiently, and customer deadlines are consistently achieved.
