Ilmor is seeking an experienced CNC Setter/Operator for a permanent day shift at our Northampton-area site. You will set up and run 3AX and 5AX mills (Matsuura/MAZAK) to produce machined parts on schedule, while maintaining safety and quality.
You’ll work with ME, Planning and QE to optimise setups and tooling, driving continuous improvement. Apprentice-trained candidates with 5+ years in CNC manufacture, familiarity with Fanuc controls, and reading GD&T are encouraged to apply.
