Quest Employment is recruiting on behalf of a well-established manufacturing business for an experienced Exhibition Stand Foreman / Team Leader to join their growing team in Northampton. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional with a strong background in the exhibition industry who enjoys leading a team, delivering high-quality bespoke projects, and taking ownership from production through to installation.

The Role As an Exhibition Stand Foreman / Team Leader, you will oversee the manufacture and installation of bespoke exhibition stands, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and to the highest standards. Your responsibilities will include:
Managing exhibition stand projects from final design through to production and installation Leading and motivating a team of workshop operatives Planning workloads to ensure project deadlines are achieved Manufacturing bespoke exhibition stands to a high standard Supervising stand installations at customer sites Carrying out quality inspections throughout the build process Maintaining excellent housekeeping and health & safety standards Liaising with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery What We're Looking For Minimum 5 years' experience manufacturing and installing bespoke exhibition stands Excellent carpentry and woodworking skills Previous experience leading or supervising a workshop team Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Full UK driving licence Forklift licence (desirable) Excellent communication and people management skills Reliable, organised, and able to work to tight deadlines What's in it for you?
