Quest Employment is currently recruiting for Skilled Cable Assemblers with soldering experience for a leading manufacturer based in Moulton Park, Northampton.

You will be working in a clean, organised production environment assembling high-quality electrical and data cables used across a range of industries.

The Role  As a Skilled Cable Assembler, you will be responsible for the assembly of electrical and data cables to precise specifications, with a strong focus on soldering and high-quality finishing standards.

Key Responsibilities    Assembling power, data, and electrical cables to specification
Soldering components and connections to a high standard
Crimping, stripping, and terminating wires
Using hand tools and semi-automated equipment
Reading and following written and visual technical instructions
Carrying out quality checks on completed work
Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
Working to production targets and deadlines
Key Skills & Experience  We are looking for candidates who:
Have proven experience in cable assembly and soldering
Are confident working with small, detailed components
Have strong attention to detail and high quality standards
Are reliable, punctual, and motivated
Can work independently and as part of a team
Are comfortable following technical instructions accurately
Previous experience in electronics, manufacturing, or production environments is highly desirable.
