Hours:

8:00am – 5:00pm Temporary Due to the location you must have your own transport Our client is currently recruiting for a Skilled Production/Manufacturing Operative to join their growing team based on the outskirts of Swindon. The Duties Machine Operation:
Setting up, adjusting, and repairing industrial machinery to meet output targets. Quality Control:
Inspecting finished components, keeping accurate records, and adhering to strict specifications. Operating production and manufacturing machinery safely Completing daily tasks and following production schedules Maintaining high standards of health & safety, quality and efficiency Supporting improvement projects and general factory operations Keeping work areas clean, organised and hazard-free The person Previous experience within a similar role Great interpersonal skills Articulate communicator Hands on, a can do, get the job done attitude.
