Hours: Monday to Thursday, 7:30am 4:30pm | Friday, 7:30am 12:30pm

Quest Employment is currently recruiting for an experienced Closing Room Fitter to join a respected footwear manufacturer based in Northampton a town renowned for its heritage in British shoe manufacturing.

This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled footwear professional who takes pride in producing high-quality products and has previous experience within a closing room environment.

As a Closing Room Fitter, you will play a key role in the final stages of the shoe manufacturing process, ensuring each pair is completed to the highest standard.

Your duties will include:

• Gluing and fitting soles to footwear with precision
• Carrying out closing room and finishing operations
• Inspecting products to ensure exceptional quality standards
• Working from production specifications and quality requirements
