Location: Northampton
Hours: Monday to Friday, 6:00am 3:00pm
Pay Rate: £12.71 p/h (1-hour unpaid break)

Contract: Ongoing / Temp to Perm for right candidate

Quest Employment are currently recruiting Production Operatives to join a well-established furniture company. This is a hands-on role within a busy production environment, ideal for someone who enjoys practical work and takes pride in producing high-quality finished products.

The Role:
Working as part of the production team, you will be involved in the manufacturing of furniture, with a focus on upholstery and quality related tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Upholstering furniture to required quality standards
• Sewing and stitching fabric components accurately
• Assembling and finishing furniture products
• Using hand tools and machinery safely and correctly
• Checking work for quality and consistency
• Keeping work areas clean and organised
• Following health & safety procedures at all times

What Were Looking For:

• Previous experience in production environments (upholstery, or sewing is desirable but not essential)
