Cosworth Group Holdings Limited is seeking a Manufacturing Quality Lead to manage quality activities in our components manufacturing facility. You will lead a Quality Engineering team, coordinate with Manufacturing and Engineering, and drive continuous improvement while ensuring adherence to ISO
9001/AS9100 and GDPR standards.
You will develop measurement strategies, oversee CMM programming, and support APQP processes for new orders, resolving issues through 8D and cross-functional collaboration.
