Quest Employment is currently recruiting for an experienced Workshop / Production Manager to join a well-established woodworking and manufacturing business based in Northampton.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced production or workshop professional looking for a straight-to-permanent position, where you will take responsibility for the day-to-day running of the workshop, production planning and the management of a skilled team.

You will play a key role in ensuring production runs efficiently, deadlines are achieved and high standards of quality, organisation and Health & Safety are maintained.
