Production Operatives
Location:
Long Buckby
Pay: £14.00 per hour Days £16.25 per hour Nights
Job Type: Permanent
Shifts:
Days OR Nights 8, 10or 12-hour shifts – You choose!

Are you tired of repetitive warehouse or factory work?
We are looking for reliable and hardworking Production Operatives to join a friendly, family-run business in Long Buckby.
This is a varied role working both indoors and outdoors, operating machinery, carrying out quality checks and supporting the wider production operation.
The Role
Your duties will include:
* Operating and monitoring production machinery
* Carrying out regular quality checks
* Adjusting machinery settings via PLC panels
* Assisting with machinery changeovers and minor maintenance
* Completing basic production paperwork
* Keeping the plant clean and tidy
* Supporting yard and outdoor production activities
* Working closely with the Quality, Yard and Logistics teams
What we're looking for

* Happy working both indoors and outdoors

* Willing to learn new machinery and processes
* Positive and practical in your approach
* Comfortable working with some degree of independence
