ACS Staffing Solutions are excited to be recruiting Food Production Operatives for our well‑established client based in Lodge Farm, Northampton.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a fast‑paced, friendly team producing high‑quality bacon products from preparation through to packaging.

• Racking
• Boxing
• Raw preparation
• Slicing
• Rolling
• Hygiene

• Preparing and handling raw pork products
• Operating production machinery used in curing, smoking, and cooking
• Ensuring products meet strict quality and food safety standards
• Packaging and labelling products ready for distribution
• Keeping work areas clean, safe, and organised

• Previous food production experience is beneficial but not essential
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to work efficiently in a busy environment
• Strong attention to detail
• Good teamwork and communication skills
