Quest Employment is partnering with a reputable chemical production company to find a skilled Counterbalance FLT Driver for an immediate start.
This role is ideal for a confident FLT operator seeking stable Monday to Friday daytime work in a fast-paced, safety-focused industrial setting.
You'll play a key part in keeping operations running smoothly by transporting materials and products safely across site, always adhering to strict Health & Safety standards.
The Role As a Counterbalance FLT Driver, your responsibilities will include:
Safely operating a counterbalance forklift truck
Loading and unloading incoming deliveries
Transporting materials and products around the site
Assisting warehouse and production colleagues as needed
Storing goods correctly and securely
Recording stock movements and completing required documentation
Following all on-site Health & Safety guidelines
Working carefully within a chemical manufacturing facility
Keeping your work area clean, tidy and well-organised
What We're Looking For To be shortlisted for this position, you must have:
Proven experience operating a Counterbalance FLT
A current, accredited Counterbalance FLT licence
Background in a warehouse, manufacturing or similar industrial role
Solid knowledge of Health & Safety best practices
Ability to work both autonomously and within a team
Dependable, punctual work ethic
Strong attention to detail
Please note:
