Production Operative Nights

Production Operative - Northampton At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Production Operative to work with a leading food manufacturing company in Northampton. Shift Patterns:
* 5 out of 7 days per week, including weekends
* Night shift: 10PM - 6:30AM
* Overtime available after 42 hours
* Includes a 20-minute tea break and a 30-minute unpaid meal break Pay Rates:
* 14.95 GBP hourly , OT 18.69 GBP hourly Requirements for Production Operative:
* Demonstrate a willingness to learn daily tasks
* Follow supervisor instructions respectfully
* Work as a team by helping coworkers whenever needed Role for Production Operative:
* Work on a fresh production line
* Assist with the overall production process
* Pack and wrap food products
* Perform quality control to identify and remove defective items
* Follow recipes to mix and cut ingredients using machinery or baths
* Weigh and measure ingredients according to customer specifications
* Store and stack food in designated areas
* Handle various types of meat and maintain high hygiene standards
