Hygiene Team Leader £32,000 Monday to Friday Days Based Training Career Progression Excellent Company Benefits Rochester, Kent (Commutable from: Chatham, Gillingham, Gravesend, Sittingbourne, Maidstone, Dartford) Are you a Hygiene Team Leader or Supervisor from a food manufacturing background looking for a days-based role where you can take responsibility for a small team and develop your career within a growing manufacturer?
On offer is an excellent opportunity to step into a key leadership position, where you will oversee the day-to-day hygiene operation whilst receiving further training and opportunities to progress as the company continues to grow. This company are a well-established manufacturer currently going through an exciting period of development and positive change. With new products, improved processes and continued investment in continuous improvement, they are looking to strengthen their team as workload increases.
On offer is a varied role where you will coordinate the daily hygiene workload, lead and develop members of the team and ensure high standards of food safety, cleanliness and compliance are maintained across the site. You will also support GMP audits, pest-control monitoring and continuous improvement initiatives. This role would suit a Hygiene Team Leader or Supervisor from a food manufacturing environment looking for responsibility, development and a stable Monday-to-Friday position.
The Role:
Lead the day-to-day hygiene operation Ensure high standards of hygiene, food safety and H&S across the manufacturing site Monday to Friday, 6am-4pm The Candidate:
